My problem with that is that in my booking, there is no mention of a "LATAM+" seat anywhere. Like I said first two rows don't even show up and exit row is just called exit row. Are you absolutely sure / have personal experience that buying an exit row seat includes the carry-on luggage? Does it say that hand luggage is included after purchasing the exit row seat?
