I'd be very comfortable with a 1:50 layover when coming in on a long-haul, pre-cleared flight. With any weather delays, a flight like this will have highest priority to land, and there's no immigration to deal with. Probably looking at adding at least a couple of hours to shift to the next San Diego flight.
30 minutes for bags, 15 minutes to get to WN check-in, leaves 1:05 to check the bags and clear security. It's totally feasible but there's not much cushion.
