Aeromexico's cancellation policy is clear as mud. I'm hoping somebody can clear up.

If I book a cash flight with Aeromexico from SJO to ORD in the Classic fare class, and I need to cancel later, is it possible? Is there a fee? Do I get my money back or just credit? What about with the Classic Flex fare class?
