Does anyone know if we can "downgrade" our award bookings? I have a premium suite booked (70k a night, ya, ouch) and it looks like there are standard rooms now available for 45k a night. I think I'd be perfectly happy with the standard room in exchange for 25k points each night back. Since we're staying 2 nights that's 50k which could go very far elsewhere.
If you are 14 days out you can cancel and rebook. Are you within 14 days? If so, ask WoH and let us know what they tell you.
