LATAM Peru Hand Luggage Allowance
Hello,

Via eDestinos or Kiwi domestic flights are much cheaper, but on those sites it says hand luggage only includes a small handbag (personal item). However on the LATAM site itself even the cheapest fare (light) has the personal item + 10kg cabin trolly. Is the cabin always included and Kiwi/eDestinos just shows it wrong? Or are there somehow OTA fares without the cabin trolly?
