You can submit your hotel, meal expenses from Munich to LH to reimbursement. The Airbnb in Nice has nothing to to do with LH; you can't claim reimbursement of the hotel in Munich and 1st night Airbnb at the same time.

As for toiletries and neccessary clothing you should try your travel insurance for reimbursement first; if no coverage for delayed checked luggage you should submit to LH for reimbursement.

Please note that it will take LH 6-8 weeks to respond to your claim for reimbursement.
