I just landed at Narita T2 from a blue country. From the wheels touching down until I was at the luggage belt took 25 minutes.

Basically walk from the gate towards immigration, at one point hold up the mysos screen, and then the quarantine counters before immigration scanned the bar code from mysos and the passport. Then immigration, baggage and customs and you are out.

Still not an hour from landing, and I am typing from the Narita Express.
