Same Problem
I also contacted eshopping via email about a barnes and noble order where I used their link in early September during the promotional "double miles" program. I received the exact same response and when I pushed further that I did everything I was supposed to, the response back is not their problem contact the merchant.
After contacting B&N, I was also told they were unable to assist me. From here on in, any shopping done on this site will require screen prints so I am able to prove to them that I ordered through their site. Very unjust treatment from both vendors.
