You have to book at least a midsize. Then yes, you can choose any vehicle you want from the President’s Circle aisle. If that aisle doesn’t have what you want, as a PC member you can also choose from the Five Star or Gold aisles. Usually the vehicles in the PC aisle will be one or more of newer/larger/more upscale/less mileage than the others.
