Do Condor economy awards with Alaska miles book as "Economy" or "Economy Light"? I can't find any way to tell.

We have a one-way Alaska award FRA-SEA-YLW (so EU-originating ticket). The eticket receipt from Alaska says first checked bag free and second bag $80, which must be the the Condor rates, so I assume that means it's economy (economy light has no checked bag allowance). I mostly want to know about the carry-on allowance: economy light allows only an underseat bag, while economy also allows an overhead bin bag.

E-ticket receipt from Alaska says one carry-on bag plus one personal item, for whatever it's worth.

Also, I see they limit carry-on bags to 8 kg in economy. Do they weigh that in practice? (I honestly have no idea how much our carry-on bags typically weigh.)
