Usually you will get a separate email with the headline: THY - Elektronik Bilet Yolcu Seyahat Belgesi - that means your ticket is issued. The email will contain all the details of the ticket. You would receive such email if TK call center or others have manually issued your ticket.
If you made the reservation and payment online/on the TK webpage you will sometimes only get an email with headline " Turkish Airlines - Online Ticket - Information Message" and in the email it states that your ticket has been issued (however no details as in the aforementioned email).
You will only be able to look up a TK reservation in the TK app or webpage. You can't use CMT or Sabre.
