Hey!
I land in the Netherlands coming from Canada (Canadian Citizen), and I have only 2 doses of Covid. How strict is currently the Netherlands with health certificates? I've heard others mention that nothing was asked, but on their website, they mention that I need to be fully vaccinated which in NL is 3 doses.
