Yes, same here, they are clearly playing the "up to 90 days" card when I pinged them on the chat a few days ago. The offer must have been quite successful, they must be looking for cash somewhere to give the credits

When the chat agent was trying to reassure me saying that "no worries, I see your eligible transactions", in the list of transactions they quoted one with a (domestic) connection... So either the agent was wrong (very likely), either I'll have a nice surprise, who knows!
