I’m E+. It’s usually for me around 2 days response time. The last 2 requests were answered in 2 and 6 hours. Rarely do they reach their 7 days time limit but it happened. You can always call the call center and ask them the status of your request. They may sometime transfer you to the people handling these requests to talk to them personally.
