I can top that, recently I have had 2 flights where QF would not SELL me an economy seat as a WP -- the flights were THAT over-booked already! They must be running at 100% on some routes. Next day was no problem, but I had no date flexibility. In past years QF would always sell, even when overbooked, and then bump someone off the flight if need be at flight time....appears to be no more. Rewards would presumably be a bit tighter than full price revenue tickets
