Just had for the first time ever (as WP) a request for an award seat where no availability shown, denied. Has this happened to anyone else recently? It was MEL-OOL return 11th/12th June.

I know this is an "unofficial" perk at WP level, but I'm wondering if something has changed, because the reason given on the phone was that no reward seats were available (normally available, that is).

Quite surprised about this as I've done it several times on several domestic routes!
