FlyingMoose This is a bridge too far! You can criticize SK for pricing policies, poor customer support, inconsistent enforcement of policies, poor communication of policy changes, incompetent leadership, et cetera, but you CANNOT seriously think that SK's IT department is incompetent! Well... wait... maybe you can.
