Some years ago, SIA were the “Go-To” airline in Asia. They are fast becoming (if they have not have already become) the “Avoid at all Costs’” airline in Asia.

You fly Y you get treated like the proverbial piece of ..... Not to mention trying to change a flight if you are Y, you can forget that idea better to cancel give them your money for free. Meantime….You fly J you get - amongst many other ‘“ cost reduction” measures across the board, the misery of the SilverKris Lounge in T3. Meantime I had to cancel a Eurowings flight in EU. In basic Y. I got a voucher to use at a future date. SIA? Forget it.

SIA has gone to pot. The only people they wish to serve are themselves.
