Nope. And no refund has yet been issued to me. DOT complaint filed many months ago. Unsure if any refund has been issued by AM to chase travel. But chase travel has been sending me a pro forma email twice monthly or so letting me that they're awaiting airline to process refund. To be clear, I did try to use chase travel's process to request refund first before filing DOT complaint.
