They might be referring to the physical location of the JSX terminals, not the experience in the terminal. For example, at OAK, basically the only way to get to the JSX bit is by car. If you want to take BART, then it's a two mile walk.
Exactly. And the PHX FBO is on the other side of the airport from the passenger terminals. You cannot park at one and fly back to the other. Nor is public transit a viable option at either end.
