You are completely correct on the AMEX/Shang/SQ Infinite Journeys status match. I and several friends were also unable to have it honoured despite filling in the webform.
I called SQ, emailed screenshots and had several conversations from December 2021 to April 2022 and nothing was rectified despite countless promises.
I actually emailed the Head of Loyalty at Shang who had to reach out to SQ who managed to action three status matches.
I know Covid customer service wait times are long, but four months to have a publicised partnership benefit honoured is unacceptable. I don't believe the webform triggers the match as it is supposed to.
Could you p.m. me an email, where i should try it. We specially booked this easter flight with SQ to get the 3 segments, to get the SQ gold status !
