I believe air france does, but not sure if its valid routing to go through EU from USA east coast since they would go to CDG-SIN on AF or KL metal but then Quantus SIN-SYD.

Unfortunately the DL and Skyteam partner network is very weak for the south pacific region and Australia especially since the loss of Virgin Australia.
