Take the shuttle from T1 B arrival. The shuttle should say "Hotel Shuttle" and has the Hampton and Holiday Inn logos on it. Runs every 30mins I think.
Taking the shuttle from hotel back to FRA maybe a few euros.
It is not really walkable but can be done. It is easier to walk from Terminal 2. The hotel is not far at all from the terminals, however there are major large roads around and make walking more difficult and convoluted.
I recommend to NOT take the shuttle. It is highly unreliable, usually very full and cost more than public transport (at least it was pre-pandemic, it was interrupted for 2 years so maybe better now). Instead take the S trains toward the city, it is one stop: Gateway Gardens. From there the hotel is 1 minute walk away.
