I would really appreciate some help/suggestion on a matter. I got a BMG Waldorf certificate last year, however due to the pandemic restrictions, we couldnt travel. So I contacted diamond desk Oct 2021, about extensions (expires May 2022 and our plans was to travel June) and got email reply that no worries, it would be exceptionally extended 3 months, just get back when you will travel. So I actually belived this reply and thought they would honor it. This May (before the certificate expired) I called the guest services and the agent told me she would send another one within 30 days. So I wait 30 days, and as my trip is approaching I call again. This time, the agent says they stopped with BMG certificates and that they did not extend my voucher! I did not get any info att all about this. I could have taken 1 quick night to Amsterdam or Rome as the certificate was still valid when they promised to send another one out. But now, the BMG has expired. They could have just told me that they would not honor the extension as previously promised. Is there anything to do or just forget this all?
