If you need VOA be sure to go through the payment line because while nothing stops you from getting in the passport check line, if you don't have receipt for VOA payment they'll send you all the way back to get it and start over. Again, not well signed. The VOA payment line was just that, give them credit card (or cash I think) and they run it and give receipt. At passport check they only asked for Passport and VOA receipt, no insurance check, no PeduliLindungi app check. Visa was applied in passport and was on my way.
Thanks for the report. US citizens do not currently need a VOA, correct? Also has anyone used their "normal" trip insurance with medical (not covid specific) coverage as proof of insurance?
