Somehow previously (as recent as last August for an actual flight and this April for a booking) the web site only asked "if there is an accompanying adult on the same flight" but did not require the adult's confirmation number or link the reservations when booking for a YT (age 17). Last month (May 2022) it enforced the linking and made changing difficult.
