If you are flying A350 the seats are much improved (IMO) over PE in the 330/340. Just flew to SFO and the seats were more comfortable than I remember w.r.t. padding. Recline is better than ECO for sure, and the headrest has bendable wings. Each seat now has a footrest that pops out and then a foot 'ledge' that flips down which also slides up and down to adjust for height. But if you are tall, it wouldn't help with sleeping, just an alternative position for lounging.

I think there is more room in the bulkhead of the A350 too - I could stretch my legs out fully when seated and only just touch the board in front. - I am about 6' 1" with 34" inseam.
