FYI a major part of the ‘clogging up *my* lounges’ part of your post misses the fact that there is a significant level of non-BAEC and non-BA equipment pax currently departing T5 (e.g. American, Qatar etc) who are much more status-heavy than your average BA passenger.

*This* is the true source of the FW queues and the capacity issues in the lounges.

Tho based on experience I’d say we have flown at various times of day and days of the week in the last year - and a lot of the time it simply isn’t that busy. Last Thursday afternoon for example CCR was a nice level of ‘relaxed yet not dead’.
