Not even Urban Dictionary is helping me out here. Which suggests the very niche nature of what these mean. But yes, I see where you are going.

Let’s be deal with probability rather than possibility; given the vast majority of cabin crew are women or gay men, I do not see them naturally drawn to these kind of tattoos. I’m not saying it’s impossible remember, but extremely unlikely. For the 1% outliers, why not have a policy that’s the same as what is acceptable for a passenger to walk through the airport displayed on their clothes?
