I suggest that you read HERE for a primer on Applying for Chase Cards, including the reconsideration process. You will ask them to explain why your applications were rejected, and what you need to do to get one of them approved today. They may ask questions to verify your identity, about your income, and other credit accounts. They may ask you to submit some documentation. It's routine stuff.
