UA Prem Econ is O,A,R in dexcending order
LH/ANA (I think AC as well) is G, E N

R=N for sure and is the most discount fare bucket and you can't use Plus points on this fare for LH/ANA
I think the last 2 cross over as this - but afaik, it really doesn't matter as both are the same for every category of upgrade and mileage modifier etc
