Contacted Capital One and they dont know history of the changes but confirmed no longer valid credit.

Hasn’t been canceled per say. It was part of the welcome offer when the welcome offer was 100k. When that offer was changed to the current one (70K?), the vacation rental credit was no longer part of it.

if you had the 100K offer, credit is still available if you haven’t redeemed yet in the first year. If you didn’t have that offer that included, then no, theee is no credit for you.
