My wife and I will be staying at the hotel for a couple of nights later this month. I realize that at this point the best times might not be available. But...

1.If we do have a choice, any recommendations on the best time to book outside for a sunset dinner? If it's an 8:25 pm sunset, my guess would be 7 pm. That sound right?

2. Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe there are heat lamps for when it gets cool outside, right?

3. What corkage fee does the hotel charge?
