OP, please report the outcome after you have flown as the AJet website has no information about the question you're asking.
I did get the extra baggage allowance on AJet flight last week per my booking confirmation, but it was not a HBO fare and I just had carry on anyway. Does your booking confirmation give any details? Maybe check your reservation on the Anadolu website for the baggage details.
