I believe I have found an issue when changing a refundable fare to a cheaper refundable fare.
Normally when changing a refundable fare it says will refund fare difference to the original form of payment (last four of CC). But for flights booked entirely with TravelBank, it just says Total Refund and Fare Difference without saying it will go back to TravelBank.
Sure enough, 10 days ago I changed to a cheaper refundable fare. No adjustment to TravelBank or Travel Credits created so the refund just went into a black hole.
