An Absolute OUTRAGE!

Strip searches were being conducted in a stairwell, WJLA reported, but were moved to a supervisor's private office where the activities were recorded on a hidden camera.

I-Team: Illegal Strip Searches at Reagan National

".....Passengers were asked to remove their clothing and expose
their private parts during security screenings....."

".....some of those so-called private screenings were
allegedly conducted in a very public place.....this stairwell.....
accessible to other passengers and airport employees....."

"TSA Employees say after they complained, the screenings
were moved into this managers' office.....where they allege,
unsuspecting passengers were either videotaped or
monitored on closed circuit television...."

".....a female passenger would be stopped for additional
screening not because she set off an alarm but because
of her breast size...."

This is really out of control. If these allegations are true,
the individuals responsible should be looking at a long prison
sentence!

Gradgirl, I'm glad you're fighting this nonsense! And, you
are absolutely CORRECT in urging people to write the airlines
and complain. Congress created this mess, and the TSA doesn't
seem to give a sh--, so why bother to write THEM?
