You have to go through the BAEC online portal there is a special link to take you to Airbnb where you enter your exec club details and then book. Make sure you have adblockers / anti-tracking plug-ins disabled if you have any. In my experience about 70% of the time it tracks and I get the Avios the rest of the time it never shows up.
