I’ve been waiting TWO MONTHS for the 20 SGD shopping promo code as the Milestone Award for achieving 10,000 elite miles. I’ve sent at least 5 emails. They do reply and say they need a few days but then nothing happens. I’ve never known customer service to be this bad in all my years of flying. Does anyone have the CEO’s email?!
