Going to Tel Aviv for Pride, then figured I might pop over to Dubai for a week or two. I know it is HOT HOT HOT, but isn't everything to do indoors anyway? The prices are so cheap!!

If I went for two weeks I would want to stay at 2-3 properties, and use a couple of Suite Upgrades, or use one set, and then stay somewhere dirt cheap the other week. There are 3 places at under 50 bucks USD, obviously no upgrade there, but a Regency at 60, Grand and Andaz around 110, and the Park for 183!!! Even though some of the properties are at 3500 points, I don't think it's worth using 3500 at a $48-50 cash rate... Definitely not worth 17k points for the Park at $183 either.

Anyone stayed at several of these different ones and have any recommendations for or against? I think I'd like to do one nice one, either Park or Andaz, but if someone thinks the Grand or heck, the Centric, is better, let me know. And then the cheap ones, I know nothing about Dubai, I can do some research but I'll be working during the week at odd hours (9-6 pm PST USA), looking for a mix of architecture, beach, partying, and a little rest... but not too much rest.
