I am not sure it mattered and that the difference are large: a price is shown (on a price comparator or during a search) and once you go through actual payment the price is different (malpractice vs. IT). Fundamentally this is not so different. And this goes to court AF should demonstrate this is an exceptional problem, not something common. Whether it would be IT or malpractice will not matter much.
