Very few airlines have "first class" international, neither KLM nor Delta does, but Delta likes to split the difference and call it "Delta One". So whatever you want to call it, biz, 1st, or "Delta One" that is what I fly. But it sure is a hell of a lot better than domestic "first class" so none of the classes seam appropriately named to me. Heck in Europe there is neither first class OR business class, they have nothing but economy, but the airlines in Europe still tries to get away with calling their front seats "business class" (they are not, they are the exact same seats but one is kept empty so you are basically just paying for economy with an empty seat next to you). Anyways.
