It's been quite a while since there's been an update but I figured I'd check up and see how this was going. Unfortunately it doesn't look like there'll be a primeclass lounge anymore. I'm not fully sure when they backed out (would likely need to go through all of the meeting minutes for the past few years to figure that out), but I'm going to guess the pandemic was to blame.

However, in light of the news that Chase is going to build a lounge at SAN, I went through the meeting minutes to figure out more details. It looks like that decision happened back in November (pg. 1016) and will be in the same spot as before. The good news is that it'll still be a PP lounge as well since the same company responsible for The Club lounges is building it out. Theoretically it'll open in November 2023 but we'll see.
