For the love of all that is holy and precious, please heed my advice. You protest, "but I am a LLC/C/S corp", trust me, you will be subject to scrutiny and endless hours on hold with Barclays that no Sole Proprietor will be.

Right now Barclays is upset that the address I gave them for the business does not match the "corporate records". What "corporate records" I ask? "The ones you filed with the state." You mean the ones with this address, "XXX MAIN ST", the one on the Secretary of State website, the ones where is says "REGISTERED AGENT" above that address? "Yes." Well, that is our REGISTERED AGENT. "So the address you gave us is the address of your business?" Yes. "Great, you should expect a confirmation email and your card soon".

2 weeks pass.

Hi, where is my card? "Oh, let me look at your file. Seems we are having trouble verifying your business address..."

Isn't there someone at Barclay's that notices the vast discrepancy between then number of people who apply for their card and the number actually approved?
