Question Obtaining Vietnam Pepaid SIM card (before trip)?

Hi folks, what would be the best way to get a Vietnam (prepaid) SIM card prior to arrival (in Vietnam)? I know there will be kiosks (in the Arrival Hall) for most major carriers (Viettel, Vietnamobile, etc) but would love to be able to get one prior to leaving the U.S. Also, since I need to actually commute back and forth, prefer not to have a 'tourist SIM' that expires after 2-4 weeks, but rather those that I can keep pre-paying to extend its validity.

Here's what I've tried (so far):

- Signed up for local e-commerce sites (such as Shopee VN, Lazada VN, Sendo & Tiki) and can see all of the available SIMs for me to purchase - but alas, I don't have a local Vietnam address for them to ship.
- Having a hard time finding vendors who will accept my US credit card (or even the multi-currency cards such as Revolut/Wise cards) so tried signing up for the local e-wallets (such as MoMo and ZaloPay) but they will not accept linkage to international credit cards (despite their claim there shouldn't be an issue), so unable to top-up the e-wallets.

Thanks for any pointers (or perhaps a local contact on the ground in Vietnam who can help and willing to be reimbursed)!

P.S. Please forgive me if this belongs in the 'Travel Technology' forum instead..
