If the SAS *A award search show the earlier flights, there should be absolutely no problem to book them in combination with the TK flight.

If you already have booked a flight, you could try rebooking via the website. But be careful not to mess up the whole thing…

I would just call again. And then just feed the agent the flights segment by segment and insist that they show availability on the *A award search.
