TBIT PRECHECK has always been pretty much empty when I have used it lately for early morning or early afternoon flights.
In the evenings when there are a lot of long-haul/wide body flights the regular TBIT security lines can be a zoo. Either because the airlines are not part of the Precheck program or because there are a lot of foreigners with no precheck, it seems to me that the precheck line at TBIT is never busy.
