Or there's Briggs and Riley with unconditional lifetime warranty. I have a fleet of B&R bags, but they are all in good shape, because I so rarely check bags. A new habit I've developed is going outbound with carry-on only, and if I acquire too much crap on my trip, getting a cardboard box or two to check on the way back.
I forgot about that until I read this and funny enough I pulled out my Briggs & Riley bag to fly to YYC this morning. I think this bag is about twenty years old and has been everywhere and it looks like new, with no issues.
What a coincidence this was mentioned the day I flew with that bag, lol
