However, Minimum Connection Time is a very specific concept: it's the minimum legal time for a true connection, ie to transfer from one flight to another when both are part of the same journey (and, by definition, on the same ticket).

Back-to-backs of the kind discussed here are usually not connections, because usually people are finishing one ticket at the B2B turn point and starting another ticket straight away.
