Just following up, I did not see any club soda. I did see tonic water at Chin Lee in Bora Bora. The low calorie mixers I saw were Coke Zero, Diet Coke, Sprite Zero, Schweppes "Indian Tonic" and Schweppes "Lemon". There is a section for carbonated water and maybe there was something like a club soda in there somewhere, but I didn't look hard in that section.
Also for anyone staying, the best "resupply" boat from Conrad is taking the 11:00am transfer to Vaitape (boat ride is 10-15 minutes), and catch the 12:00pm return shuttle. This gives you ~45 minutes to walk to Chin Lee (very close to the dock, less than 5 minutes walk) and shop for beverages/cheese/baguettes/etc and get back to the boat. The other boats are all 2hr 15 min+ in town and aren't convenient unless you plan to get food while in town also. In fact, for souvenir shopping we even used the 11am boat, but you really have to know what you want and be quick about it.
