Personally, I think this is inconsiderate to the passenger in 1F. The privacy between 1E and 1F is limited, just an electronic divider wall that comes partway up, not the full curtain. And IME the divider shook and made a good deal of noise while raised during turbulence, so I kept it down (I was in 1F; 1E was empty, and 2 other pax in 1A/1L). I would have been annoyed if the pax from 1A took over 1E next to me and started snoring.
